Side Business

Who here has a side business that you run on your off days? I'm interested in finding something that I can do when I'm off (either 3 or 4 days/week, I work 12's) but not sure what would be worth my time. While this time may be dwindling since my wife and I just had a baby, I still have a good bit of downtime at least 2-3 days per week. Does anyone here own any franchises or have an online business?
