what can we physicians do? We really should try to stop this in full force. It affects all of us and is dangerous for patients!

The way to effectively stop such practices is through specific regulations from the state board of medical examiners. Once those regulations and policy are stated, it then becomes an issue for the state legislature.

yes. that may help. but nps are under the nursing board. Not sure what the medical board says matters. that's an issue.....but eventually i agree, legislators need to be aware.

Legislators, as in the same group of people who proposed a bill to re-implant ectopic pregnancies?
