Navy small navy MTF cell phones

Are all Navy hospitals issuing sprint cell phones? Are all Navy hospitals wired with signal boosters for Sprint? I'm looking at getting a new cell and I'm wondering if I should stick with the Sprint network.

My personal rule for cell carriers: They all suck, just find out which one sucks the least wherever you use it most.

Verizon has been the most reliable carrier in Army training areas, in my experience.

follow up: have most commands you've worked at had good Wifi? I'm thinking of switching to republic wireless.
