Sonosite MSK vs Nerve Mode

Hi all, for those that have used or have Sonosite machines, is there a significant difference in function between using MSK mode and Nerve mode? Sonosite is quoting an Mturbo model with only MSK mode (called M-MSK) available at a reduced cost of about 10k less. Is it still possible to do nerve blocks well enough with only MSK mode on the Sonosite machines or is the Nerve setting mode worth the additional $$?
