Sorry Hun not a wannabe, I’m going to be doctor weather you like it or not. Like I said I’m here for advice. That's good you’re a US residency, God bless you. I’m happy for you; but try and understand I’m only here seeking advice, information and encouragement. And at that level of education you should be smart enough to help someone instead of bringing them down or shaming them. Good luck my friend. SMH

It's like hearing nails on a chalkboard.

What about the weather?

Agreed. Some of the better trolls back in the day played it close to the vest for months to years, racking up hundreds of posts before they outed themselves. These days some amateurs get pegged in their first thread. It's pretty sad, really. A loss of an art form. 🙂

Trolling ain't easy. 😎

Not bad, but over all they exist. If gives many an opportunity to practice medicine. It’s good school with a decent education to gain. We don’t know the psychology in placing it there but its cool.

¿Cómo? This post is pretty much not understandable....

As for why the Carib schools are there and not the US -- probably has to do w less stringent req'ts for running a program since they are not accountable tot he LCME (as it stands there is no way Ross et al would pass a USMLE inspection)

Not everyone can make it into a US or DO med school. He came to this website and was immediately gang beaten by everyone. You guys won't make it threw residency with your attitudes.

WTF? If someone is incapable of getting into a US MD or DO program (as in ANY program), perhaps s/he should take that as a hint that medicine may not be the right choice for that person. Further, when someone comes here posting blatantly false information, it is crucial that more knowledgeable members correct that misinformation.

Now, don't you know you're not supposed to talk (or even type) with your mouth full. Please finish eating before you're done posting.

The advice is: Take your pre-req med school classes. Baby steps. Don't even LOOK at caribbean schools yet. They are a last resort, "hail mary" as L2D puts it for a reason.

Stop lying. You said in the other thread you're not sure. Also, Law2Doc is a resident... so he knows what he's talking about more than you do. Anyhow, don't get too angry. Please enjoy the food I offered you. If you missed it, here it is: Enjoy!

Did you complete 7th grade grammar? I ask because your command of the English language is irritatingly poor, seriously. You should work on that before applying to medical school. :meanie:

How dare you insult OP's wisdom? See below:

LOOK, LET ME MAKE THIS LOUD AND SPARKLING CLEAR! QUIT BUSTING MY CHOPS ABOUT GRAMMAR! OKAY.
Look listen up buddy! I’m not here for your smart comments. I admit, I’m not checking for spelling errors (boo for me). But if you guys are on this forum just make me laughing stalks out of me then leave. I’m here for enlightenment and words of encouragement. You can kindly say check your grammar errors. Beside you don’t have the wisdom or wit to even start an establishment like St. James or any other medical school. So stop talking trash, like said I’m here for info etc.

You don't want to mess with someone who was a mod... Have some respect man. Oh wait! Your wisdom allows you to disrespect people. 👎
And for the record I have a lot of respect for people. But for some reason you guys are just either bored or just like putting me down. Now about the lying part why should I lie, who cares if you’re resident or not? I’m a grown ass man don’t need to lie. Look all I ask for is info that it; and stop calling me troll. I didn’t call any of you any names at all. So you’re talking about respect right?
What the hell is trolling?

We've actually given you plenty of info. It just isn't what you want to hear.

You implied you're a troll, so we are respectfully calling you a troll. You're a grown man! Good! I was worried that you're still a child. Thanks for clearing it up

You are IN a US residency

You're welcome.

look guys sorry if I MENTION THIS SCHOOL

Buddy do yourself a favor don't post any carib questions on this forum these guys are a bunch of geeks that think they know it all..If you want a real opinion about a carib school post your question on valuemd.

Yea...your English is worse.

If you are wanting to be a physician, perhaps you should take the advise of the physicians, medical students, and fellow pre-allopathics that offered up answers.

Just incase you haven't realized, being a doctor is a nerdy profession. And we aren't just gonna tell you what you want to hear.

But yea, sure, ignore good advice and data, go with what you want to hear. Good luck in all of your endeavors. I am done.

Disagree. I always want to be my own residency. Nicely covers up the costs...

How about you, me, and OP start our on residency program. A program that only accepts Caribbean medical school students. Instead of paying our residents, we will ask them to pay us! Sounds like a pretty good business plan to me.

No takesy backsies!!!

OP you in? You'll probably make more money than IF you were to become a physician.

Hey, everybody, look -- it's king kong ass-bun:

I'll be nicer. OP if u are set on becoming a physician in the United States, try for MD and DO.

If you don't get in and want to try for Caribbean then go to big 4 (sgu, Ross, auc, Saba). Caribbean should be a last resort. (Personally I would rather do postbac or retake MCAT rather than risk going there)

Not fair! You already agreed to it. I contacted a lawyer from a Caribbean law school and he said you cant get out now!

That gave me an pretty good idea. If we all work together, maybe we can convince the OP to go to a Caribbean law school instead. See, if he ends up going to St. John's Medical and Appliance Repair College, somehow defies the odds and ends up becoming a US resident, there's a chance he might someday end up trying to save my life. That's downright scary. I'd be much, much less nervous if he went to a Caribbean law college, returned to the US and someday tried to sue me. I figure that if anyone is going to be suing me, it might as well be the OP.

Let's see if it works. King Kong, forget medical school. Caribbean law schools have insanely cheap tuition, the classes are easy, and all of your fellow classmates will be hot girls who want to cook for you while helping you with your homework. There are no mean people like myself, Law2Doc, and everyone else on this thread. After you graduate you will be guaranteed a steady job with a Fortune 500 company and fantastic benefits.

But what about my million dollar business idea? 😡😡😡😡

We'll combine both ideas for double the profit. If we're lucky, we can wipe out the national debt.

Im not giving my hard earned money to the government. Also, I will be a 50% owner of this enterprise with you and OP being 25% each. Should I contact my lawyer from Caribbean law school to draft up the paper work?

The last 'resort' - no pun intended.

God that joke never gets old for me

Why am I 25%? Nope. 50-50 (for you and me).

It was my idea, so I get a 10% finder's fee. If we include Law2Doc in our Caribbean Law College and Residency, he will probably also want a cut, though he may settle for being Law2Doc2CaribbeanLaw.

You can have 10% from Agent B's 25%.

75-15-10 Sound good?

For reading about this idea, I demand a 5% cut off the top or I will start my own Caribbean Law School and undercut you all!

Okay, we'll compromise and give everyone what they want. At last count, that means nisarg2010 gets 75%, Agent B gets 50%, I get 10%, music2doc gets his 5% for reading about it, and Law2Doc gets 15% for being our residency. Is everyone happy now?

We are not afraid of you! You can go and start you own school. Your school will be so crappy that it will only have like 1 or 2 state accreditation. While our school will have accreditation in all 50 states!
