Stahl's Essential Psychopharm app. Too buggy?

I'd like to get the iphone app for The Prescriber's Guide: Stahl's Essential Psychopharmacology, but of the two reviews, one says it is horribly buggy and not worth buying. Does anyone have any experience with the app? Is it really so terrible? Any other suggestions for psychopharm apps?
