Start sending out transcripts now?

Hi guys, I am wondering if we should start sending out request for transcripts to each of the colleges we attened. The official transcript matching form from ADEA is still under 05 cycle. Can we just erase that 05 and correct it with 06 and fax it to our colleges? What if the transcripts arrive to ADEA before we file our AADSAS application? will they keep the transcripts for each of the applicants that has not yet been up on the application system?
