Well I got my examkracker books the other day and I must say they smell horrific. I guess its the ink from them or something, but it almost makes me sick to my stomach when crack open the books. WTF is the deal here?

I got sick when I studied for the mcat too, but it wasn't from the smell of the books. my EK books smelled.....different.....but I didn't think it was gross.

LOL i wass thinkin the Exact same thing!! i was gonna put a post but got too lazy. If i study an hour or two, the smell phases out or maybe i got serious nerve damage. who knows. this smell better be worth it.

The AAMC booklets for 7 & 8 had a unique smell. It wasn't bad. Kinda like ... what you expect paper and ink to smell like. Brought back memories during testing day.
