Becoming a neuropsychologist isn't going to involve a lot of that, but you can get over your blood phobia with exposure. Also look up Ost (with an umlaut on the O); he has written extensively on the techniques for exposure therapies for blood and injury phobia. I myself have had to use those to deal with my own blood/medical/injury phobia.
