Studying for Step 3 CCS: is there a way to rearrange orders without cancelling most of them?

Going through CCS cases. If one of the studies showed what is wrong, and I want to order the treatment (ex. antibiotics), do I have to cancel all the stuff I already ordered (blood culture, CSF...) for the antibiotics to be given now, and then reorder all the other stuff? Hope this makes sense.
