Studying in Italy

Hello all,

Does anyone know if it is currently too late to apply for Sapienza university medical program in english for 2016-17 for a non-EU student? the information on their website is a bit ambiguous so I was hoping someone here could clear things out.

on a side note, I am currently a 1st year pre med student at an american system university in lebanon.
