It is a spacious room in 3/3 apt, laundry in the building, 5 mins walk to F and 7 mins walk to B,D grand street; also bus right in front of the building to F, B,D;
15 mins walk to South Point Park, 20 mins walk to financial district, 15 mins walk to Chinatown,
Room has window view to Manhattan Bridge, 2 elevators in the building, $2500(less than $800/month) including ALL UTILITIES (no cable)

The other rommates are not home most of the time. I am expecting someone clean and quite to sublet!
