The current Stanford Pharmacy acquisition costs for the different reversal agents are:

• Sugammadex 200mg/2ml vial = $91.21
• Neostigmine 5mg/10ml vial = $62.67
• Glycopyrrolate 1mg /5ml vial = $29.15

Where I work:

Sugammadex:
Cost per 200mg vial = $125

Neostigmine:
Cost per 2.5mg vial = $1.38

Glycopyrrolate:
Cost per 200mcg vial = $0.99

I don’t know the price, but sugammadex increased and pharmacy wants us to use less.
