Here they are, sourced from the 2014 ADEA Guide to Dental Schools:

OSU: $60
Tenn: $75
Mid-IL: $50
Temple: $50
UNE: $55

Pretty much most schools are between $60-80. Some a little more, some a little less.

Best way to plan is to get the ADEA AADSAS 2016 Official Guide to Dental Schools.
You can see all the application fees, deposit cost, etc.

Afterwards, you can plan how much you'd need to budget for interviews and save up for that.
You never know if you're gonna get 1 or 5 or even 10 interviews. It can get really expensive with flights, hotels, car rental, suit, etc.

Even with GPA/DAT/EC's in mind, it's hard to predict how many you'll get, and I've seen a great range over the 3 years I watched on SDN.
