Hello,
I have just started my advanced program, but due to the health of my parent I have been considering transferring as I am far away. Recently an open position is available that is much closer to home and I want to pursue but I am not sure how to pursue and if anyone has dealt with switching during the year and program being okay with it? I'm afraid since it is so early and it would affect my fellow residents.
