Trying to find some good emergency medicine T-sheets that can help me out when taking some histories on patients. Anyone know a good website or place I can find them for free? Thank you guys so much. This will be a YUGE help.

Good luck finding T-Sheets for free. That's a copyrighted form and not cheap.

New intern?

Not sure I'd get too involved with spending lots of time scribbling notes. Just learn how to be efficient. Use the chart to your advantage and don't make people try to repeat a hundred PMH diagnoses, surgeries, allergies, and meds. Ask questions on these only to clarify, or if you don't know the past based on the record.

Then, CC from chart, HPI and whatever your favorite acronym, and find your favorite way to do a quick ten-system review of systems.

The more you do it, the better and faster you get. You'll spend your residency polishing this and a thousand other things.
