Taking prereq requirements in summer

I went to the school website and they say they do not care when the prereqs are tacken.
However, is there any disadvantages if I take it during the summer?
(I had no choice but to take one of the bio requirement over the summer)
Also, do I need to include the marks for the courses that I took over the summer into GPa calculations?

No problem if you take prereqs over the summer.

You absolutely have to include the grades in your GPA.

There are no disadvantages taking anything at any point in the year (so long as everything is completed by the time of matriculation).

Every quarter/semester grade MUST be included.
