Given that the cell potential can be calculated by the following formula (nernst equation), what is the cell potential in Cell 2?

Answer key says E°= 0. Why does E° = 0?

how do we know what Q is??? (in terms of anode/cathode vs cathode/anode)

also.... why isn't E standard equal to the reduction potential of Cu
