TBR FL5 Conversion Score

Hey Everyone,
I really would appreciate it if someone could post the conversion score from the raw to the scaled score. I have 2 and I don't know which is accurate (changes my score by 2 points). If someone has this for TBR FL5 as well as 1-4 that would be so awesome!

How do you have two/ To the best of my knowledge, just one scale exists. Use the one they sent you.
