I am applying at tmdsas to all 7 md schools and wanted to know if I stood a chance? I know they have a strong preference for in-states but is it worth it for me to apply this cycle or wait til next cycle to improve my mcat score.

You can apply this cycle but apply to at least 10 DO schools also. You are competitive for most DO schools. You could take the MCAT again but there is no guarantee that your score will be significantly higher (>30). Apply to the 2 new Texas state schools when possible.
