You forgot the best paid pdf reader and annotator and wireless file transferer and syncer, Goodreader.
I personally use PDF Stacks to manage and organize my PDF files. After you import your PDF files into the organizer (it can do this for you automagically or you can drag and drop), you can quickly access all of your PDF files on the fly as well as search, share and print all from there. I found it helpful when I need to find a particular PDF, for example, if I need it to show me all of the files which contain the word "bacteria", it will screen and filter my entire library and show me only those PDF which contain that keyword. It's very powerful and intuitive and has saved me a lot of time. I think it would have been worthy to include it in your review. I tried their free demo at www.pdfstacks.com and then bought a license key. Handy tool to have.
