The NRMP "program results" PDF (pre or post SOAP?)

Are the matched/unmatched stats listed on the "NRMP program results 2011-2015" from before or after the soap? If it's info from after the soap, how do we find which programs participated in the soap last year? Ie., is there an official PDF floating around somewhere?
