Through PharmCAS, can pharmacy schools see how many schools we apply to? Also, could you pick and choose which letters of rec to send to certain schools?

Yes they can absolutely see, pharmcas lets them know too. And for the letters once you submit them to pharmcas, you cannot choose which ones, pharmcas has all the control..Just pray that the letter from your proffesor whom you suspect of trying to screw you up goes at the bottom of the list and pray that they just choose from the top to bottom.
