Timing of contraction bands?

I'm wondering about a discrepancy in first aid 2010 and 2011 about contraction bands
USMLErx has a question about contraction bands and a patient has contraction bands after 6hrs (question 4778 if you want to take a look) and a page in FA2010 says it takes 1-2 hrs, my FA2011 says 12-24 this link says 4-12
anyone have a definite answer?
