tips to increase BS and PS from a 10 to 11

I've been stuck at 10s for BS and PS for quite some time. I wanna start scoring atleast 11s consistently. Tips or tricks? How did some of you guys break the barrier?

Pay attention to stupid mistakes if you are making any. That will bring you up by at least 2 pts.

I would even say that a good understanding of all the topics along with solid test taking skills/practice are all that's needed to break into the 11 range. If you get lucky, it may go up; if you get unlucky, it may go down.
