I would say apply my general concensus from what i have seen on here is that its not about how you start but instead about how you finish. You also have a valid reason as to why you have those W's.

Go ahead & apply & in your personal statement say what you just did....how injury brought on the withdrawals, but led to passion for medicine. You've got great stats to help you get in the door.
