Does anyone know which GI fellowship programs are the best for fellowship training? Is this still important to go to a good fellowship if you are not sure what you want to do?

As per my GI ward attendings, these are the top programs (in random order):
    Mayo
    MGH
    CCF
    Hopkins
    Duke
    UCSF
UCLA-the main one (not the other affiliated programs)
    U Pittsburgh
    Sinai
    Brigham
    etc..

If you are just interested in a private/group practice, would you rather go to a program near your home? I know some of these programs may not train you for EUS and other high tech stuffs (other advanced fellows, etc.)
