TPR Organic vs. AAMC Organic

The TPR practice test organic chemistry passages are kicking my butt...not the science workbook but those practice tests. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? I missed every single question on a passage from my last test...it's freaking me out. AAMCs weren't these detailed and difficult, right?
