Has anyone used off-site or international transcription services? We have local transcriptionists but they are getting behind. We may need to hire out to get caught up. Any recommendations? Thanks.

you know what ive found to be more accurate than Dragon? the dictation app that is on the iphone...
i stopped using Dragon for important lines of dictation when i proofed a dictation and it said that "the patient should absolutely notably be on chronic opioid therapy." now, if i do use dragon, those important lines i type by hand.

I think the transcriptionist was trying to mess with you on that one.
I can imagine some of them, get bored and type in crazy stuff, because they can get away with it.
