Transferred Classes with P/F grades on the Secondary Application

Hello,

I took a few prerequisite classes in a foreign country and my college has transferred all of them with Pass grades. I got letter grades in the foreign country, though. What should I write on the secondary application, pass or the letter grades that I got? Has anybody had such a problem?

You will have to put the grades from the schools, and provide transcripts from those schools.

I only have a translation of the grades; I cannot get the official transcript. Would the translation be enough for medical schools? Would they consider it official?
