Tuition payments

Hi everyone,
I know some schools require international students to pay the 4 years worth of tuition prior to starting the D1 year. Does this apply to every dental school? Ive only head of it at a few so Im just curious as its something to keep in mind if i have to make a choice.

If I had 4yr out of state cash, I definitely would not be going to dental school.
