I have been sick for 1.5 years and watched 800 hours+ of free lectures online, these are some of the websites that offer free lectures/tutorials on a WIDE range of subjects. Amazing free learning tools.

MIT

Has 30-40 hour courses including but not restricted to biology, chemistry, physics. Camera set up in the university class room teacher down front, hundreds of students in back. Each ~1 hour video on a topic can be downloaded to computer for a nice library of videos. MIT includes lecture notes and quizzes with some of their courses.

Berkely

Same as for MIT.

LearnersTV

Massive range of topics. Neat playlists.

Khan academy (google Khan academy-link is too long).

I only discovered Khan academy 2 months ago. He has maths (full maths-simple arithmetic right through calculus, explains everything in full detail, very very easy to understand.) Chemistry, organic chemistry, biology, physics. If you google 'Khan Academy torrent' there is 20 or so gig torrents of his entire library (or torrents of individual subjects ie maths/physics).
