Type of computer monitors in testing centers?

Hey peeps, sorry if this has been asked before but I can't seem to find the answer with a search. I'm trying to decide if I should use a flatscreen or CRT monitor to practice with, as they have much different effects on my eyes- especially compounded over a 5 hour test. So what's the scoop- is there a consistent monitor being used by Thomson Prometric or do they vary from site to site?

My testing center had CRT monitors.

CRT monitors from the 90s, the same ones that oyu had to put a protective piece of glass in front.

Man so much for massive LCD screens where scrolling during verbal isn't necessary...
