UC Davis vs. tOSU

OOS for both but tOSU significantly closer to home/family/support system. Cost is luckily not a determining factor for me. Planning to pursue a career in equine. Having a tough time choosing between being further away from family at the #1 school versus being closer to home. Any insight about the equine programs at these schools and general feelings overall about student life would be appreciated!

Ohio state has a great equine program but so does Davis. Being closer to family is a big factor in having the support system through vet school IMO. I can’t tell you which one to pick, but I know for me I’d be closer to home
