All three offer great training. Rank it based on where you want to practice as those places are spaced so far apart your jobs will be limited mainly to those regions. If you don't know where you want to practice, rank it based on where you want to spend 4 years of your life in residency (or 5 for fellowship).

Academics: MIR >>> UCSD > Cornell

Location: UCSD > Cornell >>> MIR

Go for location.

Academic reputation MIR > UCSD>Cornell

If you want to end up in California for a job: UCSD >> MIR
If you want to edu up in NE for a job: Cornell > MIR
For getting a job in midwest: MIR > UCSD and Cornell.

For getting a job other places like Texas, Florida or Alaska no significant difference.

MIR is one of the best programs in the country, however it does not get its due respect when it comes to job placement in either coasts. On west coast groups give priority to local programs and then to big east coast programs like MGH, BWH and Hopkins. On east coast groups give priority to local programs and then to big west coast programs like UCSF, Stanford or UCSD. MIR is somehow ignored. For Academic job placement the story is totally different.
