UCSF won't reject the people who interviewed before dec 1st yet, unless you did really horrible thing in the interview. Those applications are still in the candidate review file and will be on going reviewed at the committee meetings throughout this application cycle year.

Good to know! My application has been complete since August! How do they extend interviews? email? phone call? snail mail?
