Unaccredited Pharmacy Residency Program

I would like to know where I can find unaccredited residency programs, especially in california besides the midyear meeting since it's quite late at that time.

ACCP has a directory and not all of those sites are ASHP-accredited.

sort of off topic but how difficult is it to get into these CA residencies if you're coming from an out of state school. do they favor in-state students even if I go to a quality pharmacy school and have a good grades? what have out of state students done to get these types of residencies.
