University Based vs Afilliated vs Community based

I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on advantages and disadvantages of each major type of program.

I am under the impression that the most diverse patient load and most Zebras can usually be seen at the University setting, giving the most exposure to everything, so what would be the reasons to go to the others and/or why to avoid the university based programs?
