Updating AACOMAS with new courses

Hello, I wanted to update AACOMAS with some new courses I am enrolling in and was wondering what the proper procedure was. I sent in my new transcripts to AACOMAS and they received it several weeks ago but have not updated it on my application yet. Is it supposed to take longer or am I supposed to contact them and tell them or what? Thanks

Contact them. Multiple times until it gets done. Thats the only way, otherwise you'll be waiting forever and it will never get done.
