Technology upToDate - macbook air

Hi - I'm thinking about subscribing to uptodate.
I have a macbook air - 11" (it's great)

Can I install from the DVD (via external drive or whatever) onto my MBA, and then run uptodate from the install without a DVD attached?

Even if for some reason it needed the DVD you could always image it and then run it as a DMG from the hard drive.
