URGENT: How do you load resume/CV onto Michigan apps online for your mph?

URGENT: HELP! I am in the midst of filling out my application for University of Michigan (deadline 1/15) and was wondering if anybody knows how to upload their CV onto their online apps, as they have room for only 3 personal statements.

Is it bad to include your CV even when they don't ask for it, except in the "other relevant section"? If I could get a response ASAP, that would be wonderful, as you would be my hero.

Hope this is in time:

I uploaded mine where it asked for a second personal statement since I only applied to one concentration, I only used the first personal statement section. Someone in admissions said this was fine.
