Using Old MCATs as study material?

Hi,

I have a bunch of old MCATs (practice tests 3R to 9R I think) where the Bio and Physical sections are 100 minutes each.
I was wondering if anyone knew how these exams compared to the newer version of the MCAT? Are they overall harder or easier?
