Is there any way to find out how students from individual schools perform on the USMLE in comparison with other schools?

You can ask the school. I think I remember reading somewhere in the georgetown secondary how you, as a future student/applicant, have a "Right-to-Know" about the USMLE performance at the schools you apply to...

Yea, you can definitely get that information from individual schools. I have access to it because I'm accepted but I also remember them giving us data sheets on it during the interview. In 2003, UPenn average for Step 1 was 236 while the national mean was 216.
