It's a scan of a PE, i get the vignette, but I don't exactly know what I'm supposed to be taking note of. Can someone explain the details? 'filling defect' within lumen? I see color changes and what looked like small ventricles, IDK...

I got it thanks. Apparently the "color change" I was talking about is what's important. A darker area [a sharp line, even] on CT within the vessel means less/no contrast went through. Did not know/think about that.
