Vanderbilt vs Arkansas vs U of Chicago

I have these 3 on the same day. Vanderbilt, obviously, has its name and reputation, but I've heard Arkansas is a nice program. U of Chicago has had some faculty issues in the past. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
