Veterinary oncologist for Perth

Looking for advice on where to start. I live in Perth, Australia (AU) and we desperately need another veterinary oncologist. Is there any place I can go to generate interest in a move to AU? There's only one certified oncologist here and it's difficult to get an appointment with him. I've called other veterinary centers and none of them have one. The closest onco vet specialist is 2,000 miles away. If a veterinary oncologist wanted to move to Perth and practice, they would be able to provide a much needed service and be welcomed with open arms.
