I just recently learned about this drug that came out a few months back-vilazodone. Serotonin re-uptake and 5HT 1A partial agonist. Seemed about the same old drill as every other drug but no sexual side-effects would be the only useful thing, especially if it is as good as SSRI's. No active trials (just placebo) has been done.
Interestingly food increases availability by 75 percent or something-those factors, like geodon, makes using it kind of unpredictable because patients will not take their medsd regularlys, let alone eat the same amount of calories and take the meds consistently the same!
Anyway I have no clinical experience with this-anyone try this?
