Non-trad, low SES, black female. I’m not a career changer, but I performed poorly in UG (2.9) and some of the post-bacc classes (1 D, 2 C's, 2 B's) due to clinical depression, housing insecurity, and a lot of other trauma. MDD is well controlled now.

Yes, 90 hours shadowing two primary care physicians. My nonclinical volunteering was done at the housing shelter I stayed at, and clinical volunteering was also done at the affiliated free clinic for people with housing insecurity.
