What did your do with your sorority on community service? As it stands, your community service seems light since so much is tutoring.

Columbia feels like a stretch, and without more insight with community service, it's hard to know how you fare outside your region. I don't know about your fit with Maryland or Nova. I would consider Temple for your geography.
