I applied this cycle to all TMDSAS schools, and have received a couple interviews so far. I wanted to start having an idea of what to do in preparation for the possibility of applying again next cycle. I am currently doing a self-planned post-bacc and have been maintaining a 4.0 in it of upper level sciences. If all goes as planned, completion of the year long post-bacc will leave me with a second degree in biology, cGPA of 3.67, and sGPA of 3.60. Aside from this, what other aspects should I focus on to best increase my chances for this cycle as well as set me up for success the next cycle if need be? Thanks!

Increasing your GPA is the best approach. You do not need to retake the MCAT. However, with 2 interviews this early in the application cycle you should have a good year.
